NEPAD · African Union The African Trade Fair of Indigenous Products and Services

African Trade Center initiated and successfully organized the first Africa Trade Fair of Indigenous Products and Services in conjunction with the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD) and the African Union.

The fair was designed to facilitate the African Union's local content development agenda, promoting intra-African trade integration and cooperation across the continent.

ATC hosted the African Business and Investment Forum, declared open by Senator Jubril Martins-Kuye, former Nigerian Minister for Industry, Trade and Investment.

Held at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja, the forum drew former President Olusegun Obasanjo, former Ghanaian President H.E. John Kufuor, and trade ministers from across Africa — a landmark convening for continental investment dialogue.

United Nations · HLPF-SD Side Event at the UN High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development

Since receiving Special Consultative Status with the United Nations, ATC has been accredited to participate in and organize parallel side events at the world's most important multilateral forum.

ATC has used these occasions to deepen Africa's presence at the UN, sharing the continent's perspective on the Sustainable Development Goals and advocating for inclusive trade policy.
